Designed around light and circulation, the house is organized by a single stair with spaces expanding outward and views to the surrounding stream and oak trees.
By combining serene modernism with pioneering energy conservation, this house sets new standards for sustainable design by exceeding Minnesota Energy Code by 35% and meeting the Kyoto protocol for minimizing global climate change.
